A denture is commonly defined as a prosthetic structure created to replace a missing tooth or even the whole set of teeth. For complete dentures, stability is always a problem. The mastication ability of the denture is very far different from ordinary teeth. One can feel that he cannot chew properly when wearing a complete denture. In order to remedy this, dentists recommend that a one or more good tooth should not be removed which shall be used as a brace of the denture. In this way, the problem of stability will be cured since the teeth is attached to a tooth and not just attached to the gums. Thus, it is advised to protect remaining tooth as long as possible.
